Zero after sales service and the rudeness was shocking. I then had issues with my new pool cleaner and I called Captain Nemo's at Eight Mile Plains and spoke with Brett about the issues. I explained that I didn't purchase the pool cleaner from Captain Nemo's and Brett said, "bring your proof of purchase in and we will see what we can do". Brett repaired my pool cleaner and wouldn't take any money because the unit was still under warranty and he would fix it up with the supplier. All I can say is the service from Brett and the manor that he dealt with the issue was first class. To Brett and his staff at Captain Nemo's at Eight Mile Plains I can't thank you enough. By far the best pool shop service in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Regards, Paul
